Lactate testing for cyclists, triathletes, and HYROX athletes
Limited time offer through September 30th
Blood lactate is the reference method for setting training zones. Professional teams and national federations use it. Elite endurance programs measure it during sessions, not once a season, because it is the only way to know where an individual athlete’s thresholds actually sit.
Everyone else is estimating. Your zones came from a formula, a watch, or a field test that assumed you’re average. Two athletes with the same max heart rate can be thirty watts apart at the same effort — one building an aerobic base, the other just collecting fatigue. Both think they’re going easy.
Don't guess. Measure.
